Custom Diffuser
Don't have what you're looking for? We now offer custom made diffusers! These diffusers are made to your specifications based on the available options listed. Custom diffusers are built-to-order and will take up anywhere between 2-8 weeks to manufacture before shipping.
Available Finish/Materials
Your diffuser's finish will be either raw aluminum, or powder coated black:
- Raw 5052 Aluminum - CNC Designed & Cut, this product will have surface scratches
- Semi-Gloss Black 5052 Aluminum - CNC Designed & Cut, Powder Coated Black
Options Described
Below describes the measurements we need for your diffuser. Please scroll through all pictures.

Width (inches): The overall width of your diffuser. It is measured from left-to-right.
- Length/Depth (inches): The overall length/depth of your diffuser. It is measured from the front-to-back.
- Flat (inches): This is the flat portion of your diffuser before angling it upward. The flat toward the front of the diffuser/car.

Angle (degrees): The angle is the amount of degrees to bend the diffuser upward. Diffusers are most likely to work at an angle of 5-9 degrees.
- Number of Fins (numerical value): How many fins would you like your diffuser to have? We typically recommend a total of 5-6 fins. Fins will be equally spaced apart unless otherwise told.

Fin Height (inches): This is the height of your fins top-to-bottom. This is the overall height of the fins at the back end of your diffuser.

Important Notes!!!!
- Shipping on all custom diffusers is free to the lower 48 Contiguous US.
- The fins on your diffuser will be riveted on.
- All fins will be equally spaced apart unless otherwise told. Customer supplied pictures show fin spacing designated by the customer.
- There will be two discreet holes in the back end of the diffuser to hang it for powder coating.
