Shipping Policy

LEAD TIMES
All products on our website have lead times. Lead times are shown on our "Build Times" page found under "Helpful Links / Instructions" > "Build Times". All lead times are estimated based on current demand. Since all products are made-to-order, we manufacture them based on the earliest placed order.

CARRIERS
We ship all products through USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL. Shipping carriers are chosen by FS Performance Engineering. 

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times will vary based on carrier chosen & location. International shipments will take longer than domestic.

SHIPPING ISSUES
If your shipment has not be delivered within 10 business days since the order was shipped, please feel free to contact us. We will do anything we can to locate the package and give you an update.

SHIPPING RETURNS / REJECTIONS
All product returns, or rejections at the delivery address, must be paid by the customer. If the delivery address was inputted correct by the customer, an additional fee for delivery may be incurred which the customer will need to pay for. If an item must be re-shipped by the manufacturer, the customer will need to pay for the shipping.
