The VANTA GOLD Exhaust System for the BMW G87 M2 represents the most advanced exhaust architecture developed by Yonristic Performance for the compact M platform. At the center of the system is the AURUM FLOW CORE™, a proprietary 3D-printed, gold heat-treated convergence module designed to manage airflow and sound with precision. The result is an exhaust system that responds naturally to throttle input—deep and controlled at low RPM, clean and tightly structured at high RPM, and distinctly aggressive when fully opened.

Exhaust System Description

Developed specifically for the S58 engine in the G87 M2, the VANTA GOLD Exhaust System prioritizes flow efficiency, harmonic control, and long-term thermal stability over excessive volume. The system replaces conventional crossover solutions with a re-engineered center architecture built around the AURUM FLOW CORE™, a fully 3D-printed exhaust convergence module engineered to align and equalize exhaust pulses through sculpted internal flow channels. Rather than allowing exhaust gases to collide abruptly, the AURUM FLOW CORE™ guides flow progressively, reducing turbulence and stabilizing pressure waves while maintaining high exhaust velocity.

Produced using high-strength aerospace-grade 3D printing material, the core enables precise internal geometry not achievable through traditional fabrication methods. Following production, it is treated with a gold heat-resistant carbon-ceramic coating engineered to withstand sustained thermal load while maintaining consistent acoustic characteristics across repeated heat cycles. This process ensures both structural integrity and predictable sound behavior during aggressive driving.

From an acoustic standpoint, VANTA GOLD transforms the G87 M2’s character into a more focused, exotic experience. The system delivers a deep and authoritative tone at low engine speeds, transitioning into a smooth and sharp mid-range before reaching a clean, tightly controlled upper-RPM note. Instead of breaking apart under boost and load, the AURUM FLOW CORE™ holds the sound together, minimizing rasp and preventing harmonic distortion. It functions as more than a traditional X-pipe or resonator, combining pulse equalization, harmonic refinement, and flow optimization into a single engineered solution. For the S58-powered G87, this approach delivers a balanced combination of aggression and composure.

The rear valved section integrates seamlessly with the vehicle’s factory exhaust control system. Valves may be operated through OEM drive modes or via an optional remote valve control module. In closed-valve operation, the system maintains refinement suitable for daily driving and highway cruising. With the valves open, the flow path becomes more direct, enhancing throttle response and unlocking the full VANTA GOLD sound profile without sacrificing tonal discipline. Every system is assembled with precision TIG welding, careful alignment, and OEM-level fitment standards to ensure clean installation and long-term reliability.
